So recently I went back to my late grandparents’ house where last year I wrote the Home & Consonance EP. The band joined me and the guys from It Drew Itself were kind enough to record us performing a song.

I made a little video whilst I was in Paris, its a bit ropey as I did it all on my iPhone and forgot to film most of the times when I was having fun but if you can get through my shaky hands you might just enjoy it.

This track is the only time I recorded the old standup piano i bought whilst living in my old house. One of the reasons I rarely recorded with it is because of how badly out of tune it was when i purchased it. I had it tuned professionally but it quickly fell back out of tune, then just became more of a random centre piece for the room and entertainment for parties. I think when recording this song I managed to capture the essence of its age without it sounding too bad.
